Factor V Leiden (FVL) supposedly carries relatively higher risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), compared to the risk of pulmonary embolism (PE). Aim: To prove this paradox in a group of patients with various clinical presentation of venous thromboembolism (VTE).
