In an attempt to solve this problem, a significant amount of work has been undertaken to improve or extend these methods to develop new types of web applications. In this paper, we make a comparison between web engineering methods (including IFML) to support the features of modern web applications. The result of our comparison will show the capability of the methods to support modern and multi web applications, and help the developers in the process development web applications.
