Objective: The aim of this study was to find out the common risk factors associated with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) in Northern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). ... %, 20.5%, 59% and 83.3% of the patients, respectively. Conclusion: The most common risk factors for ACS in northern KSA (Hail region) were dyslipidemia and hypertension. These favored the urgent need for intervention and control, which lower the burden of ACS.
