In the article are considered theoretical and practical questions of ecologization public production and the features of forming of competitive potential of enterprises are described by industry of varnishes and paints in the aspect of ecological orientation of production. The external and internal factors of influence of acceleration of process are educed ecologizations of economic activity of branch enterprises and them functioning as ecological- economic system.
