Thirty-five specimens of at least five tick species-Amblyomma americanum, Dermacentor variabilis, Haemaphysalis leporispalustris, Ixodes cookei and Ixodes scapularis-were collected from eight mammal species in Rankin County, Mississippi, U.S.A. All are new county records.
