This study aimed to describe the socio-demographic profile of graduates and determine the major factors that affect employment outcomes of HEl graduates in Eastern Visayas, Philippines. lt used secondary data from the graduate tracer studies in 2008, involving 2,097 sample graduates who were randomly selected by degree program and year graduated.
