The aim of the research was to establish the level of organochlorine pesticides residues (αHCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH (Lindan), DDT-T, Heptaclor, Dieldrin, Endrin) in the raw milk used for cheese production. Sixty samples of milk were analyzed, using the gas-chromatographic method from AOAC (Association of Official Analytical Chemists).
