He worked in industry for more than 35 years and retired in January 2006 after 25 years with Olin/Arco/Lyondell. Mr. Le Bleu also worked for General Electric's large steam division and installed three large steam turbines of more than 500 megawatts. He is presently teaching operator best practices. Mr. Le Bleu graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Florida. He has written articles and lectured for the Texas A&M International Pump Users Symposium, where he was an Advisory Committee Member for eight years.
