Mobile learning (m-learning) is a new method in teaching and learning process which combines technology of mobile device with learning materials. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was used as an application development approach. It has three modules in this application such as notes or course material, exercises and video. MEELFS development is seen as a tool or a pilot test for m-learning in KPTM.
