Chinese Knowledge Employees' Career Values, Perceived Organizational Support and Career Success

Purpose: the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of career values and perceived organizational support on career success and to examine what career values are. Design/Methodology: survey data were collected from a sample of 151 Chinese knowledge employees. Career success was measured by subjective, that is career satisfaction.
