This legal enforcement is one way to restructure the telecommunication industry to achieve an ideal structure. The implementation of law of single preserence policy on telecommunication sector should oblige to other law and regulations pertinent to corporate laws, telecommunication laws and anti monopoly law. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan aspek hukum aksi korporasi seperti merger, konsolidasi dan akuisisi penyelenggara telekomunikasi dalam memanfaatkan spektrum frekuensi radio di Indonesia. Aksi korporasi penyelenggara telekomunikasi perlu dilakukan agar pemanfaatan spektrum frekuensi radio efektif dan efisien. Efektifitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan spektrum frekuensi radio dilakukan melalui pengaturan hukum single preserence policy on telecommunication sector (kepemilikan tunggal) di mana satu pihak hanya menjadi pemegang saham pengendali pada 1 (satu) badan hukum penyelenggara telekomunikasi. Pengaturan hukum tersebut merupakan salah satu cara untuk melakukan restrukturisasi penyelenggara telekomunikasi agar memperoleh struktur penyelenggara yang ideal.
