Ab , stTzlct , We consider the blow − up problem for the generalized Pr udman − Johnson equation parameterized by α ∈ R . By u5ing the adaptive meshes , we numerically compute blow − up solutions of the generalized Proudman − Johnson equation , 跚 d discuss the relation between the parameter a and blow − up pro 血 e , b } ow − up time , a 皿 d blow − up rate . We then examille the blow − up rate of the solution by using the as } nnpt tic analysis , a1ユd show that the only possible blow − up rate is l if a > 1and a is not an integer .
