Place and Role of Actors in the Strategic Talent Management

The aim of this article is to identify actors taking active part in the process of strategic talent management. The theoretical part discusses selected issues related to the concept of strategic talent management, including its basic assumptions resulting from the resource-based theory and links to the overall organization strategy.
