In the field of biology, the study of bonding has been renewed by the discovery of non genetic transmission of behavioural traits through early mother-infant interaction and the role of stress hormones and ocytocin. However, the study of early interaction is complex and Social Signal Processing (SSP) can help in addressing some issues.
