Objectives: To discuss the associations of SNPs of TLR5, TLR9 and transduction molecules in MyD88 signaling pathway with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) risk in Zhuang and Han ethnics and to compare the difference between the two ethnics. Methods: PCR and direct sequencing method were used to detect gene poly-morphisms of TLR5, TLR9 and transduction molecules in MyD88 signaling pathway in 77 patients with SLE and 72 healthy controls, in order to explore their relationships with SLE incidence
