Consolidation brachytherapy is a critical treatment component for locally advanced cervical cancer. The use of alternatives (linac based stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) or external beam (EBRT) boosts) on linacs compromise oncologic results in cervical cancer patients. Our patient, a 32-year old woman with a 5 cm FIGO IIB cervical cancer, had a uterus Didelphys and was therefore not suitable for intracervical brachytherapy. Instead, she received a brachytherapy emulating robotic radiosurgery
