Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease that is caused by the invasion and destruction of the myelin sheath in the human nervous system. Several studies have shown that there is a powerful link between infectious agents such as bacteria and viruses, with the development or severity of MS disease. With regards to the normal duty of the immune system, we hypothesize that this attack can be caused by sensitizing the immune system to an antigen/s containing resemble myelin sheath
