... t of their financial indicators; The latter F-score model quantifies and stratifies the risk level of companies, identifies the deep-seated causes, and gives the solution design of optimization measures to reveal its financial effects. Finally, the following research results are obtained.(1)The analysis of relevant quantitative indicators and business ecology shows that different companies continue to tap innovation outlets to deal with the "cold wave" of real estate, so as to reduce the debt repayment pressure, find their own growth potential, and stabilize the asset structure.(2) However, some companies lag behind their peers in product diversification and value-added capabilities, resulting in weaker solvency.(3) High turnover brings fragile resilience and unstable product performance, but it effectively improves the company's operational capability.
