For this bias, the intention is to return the focus to the artisanal fishing and to make the diagnosis of the ethnoecological profile of the artisanal fishermen of this area, with the purpose of studying possibilities of improvement for this activity. It was possible to conclude when studying the relations of popular knowledge and ecology results in the wellbeing of these riverside, and a better handling in the environment.
