Research on Corporate Public Contribution, Employee Satisfaction and Performance in Private Enterprises

In recent years, the lack of social responsibility of many private enterprises has caused a series of problems and has a great impact on economic construction. Based on the social phenomenon, this paper argues that Chinese enterprises should enhance the awareness of public contribution and balance the relationship between employees and society. SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the results of the study, and verify the relationship between corporate public contribution, employee satisfaction and enterprise performance.
