The new compounds R3Si-O-NSOF2 and R3Si-O-N(SiR3)POF2 [R = CH3] are obtained by cleavage reaction of Si-N-bonds in tris(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine by OSF4 and OPF3, respectively.
