Diffuse Midline Glioma, H3 K27M-mutant (DMG-K27M), is a newly described infiltrative glioma that commonly involves the brainstem (especially the pons), thalamus and spinal cord 1 . • Only one pineal DMG-K27M in a 65 year old man has been previously reported 2 .
