Genome-wide association study of electrocardiographic parameters identifies a new association for PR interval and confirms previously reported associations

Previous reports have described several associations of PR, QRS, QT and heart rate with genomic variations by genome-wide association studies (GWASs). In the present study, we examined the association of ~2.5 million SNPs from 2,994 Japanese healthy volunteers obtained from the JPDSC database with electrocardiographic parameters.
