A78 − year − old maII was admitted with hemoptysis. Chest X − ray showed infiltration in the right lower Iung field . Bronchoscopy revealed bronchial bleeding from right B and a hemispherical polypoid lesion at the anterior wal of 亡 he trachea. The polypoid lesion was jdentified microscoplca 皿 y as inflamlnatory polyp of the trachea. The relation between the inflammatory po ! yp and hemoptysis was unclear .
