Using the Pragmatic Approach with Special Education and Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

This paper seeks to find the related between pragmatic approach and understand the effect of using UDL to improve the quality of learning for students with special education needs in schools. The pragmatic approach is used because it concentrates on the knowledge that uncovers the 'real'. Moreover, this paradigm helps to understand that which is necessary to deal with problems as they arise (Parvaiz, Mufti, & Wahab, 2016) . more » ... education standards of students with cognitive challenges by offering an alternative approach to the system of learning through the provision of instructional objectives, evaluations, methods, and materials that can be modified and adjusted to address the needs of students with special education needs. Additionally, the paper will add to the research in the field of special education to help people with disabilities in learning academic and professional skills in special education. Also, as practical addition to investigating how to help better individuals with special needs to improve the learning through developing the skills.
