The eva [ uation test was carried Qut using two recombinant inbred iines( RiLs ) concerned with high sugar contem in sorghum . The RILs ( F4 generation ) were obtained from 2 crQss combinations , bmr − 6 × SIL − 05 and Nakei MS − 3B ( bmr − 18)× Itaiian. There were no differences in sugar content and the variation between bmr − 6 × SIL − 05 and Nakei MS − 3B ( bmr − 18)× ltalian neverthe 】 ess there were differences in heading date arld cutm length . Significant correlations were observed
