... ity is currently rising, in this work it is overviewed the definition of patent trolling and its origin, distinguished features that characterize a patent troll as such, systems and conditions of patentability in the EU, USA and Ukraine (without what it is impossible to analyze the problem of patent trolling). Also it is provided existing differences of three patent systems, compared situations on field of patent rolling in EU, US and Ukraine, and suggested different ways to solve such problem as patent trolling.
