The object of this study is to evaluate the dexterity of the endoscopic surgical skill. Four experts and eighteen medical students were involved. The skills were evaluated based on a simplified task. The trajectories of left and right devices were measured using an electromagnetic tracking system (AURORA). On both hands, sum of deviation and integral of deviation of the experts were significantly shorter than those of medical students. On the left hand, delay distance of the experts was
