Results: The key values of Interoperability, durability, compatibility, manageability, dynamic reusability and accessibility in the proposed architecture enhance the future e-Learning systems to communicate more efficiently and share data more easily. Conclusion/Recommendations: Web services architecture will provide a standard based platform for Service-Oriented Computing.
