The author presents a mechanism used by different actors to fight against organized crime, aimed at identifying criminal groups and collaborations. The article presents legislative recommendations to enhance the effectiveness in the fight against organized crime. The need for legislative changes, creation of separate divisions and development of targeted programs is emphasized.
