The Role of Agentic and Communal Values in the Individuals' Outcomes of Job Related Affective Well Being and Political Deviance

The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships between agentic and communal values, job related affective well-being, and political deviance. An empirical study was performed in Turkey among the health care staff working in five health care organizations. The findings supported the reasoning of the study: Positive associations of communal values with job related affective well-being and agentic values with political deviance were found.
