Effect of Ru on the concentration distribution of elements and creep properties of nickel-based superalloy

The effects of Ru on creep properties, microstructure and elemental concentration distribution of nickel based single crystal superalloy containing without Ru and 2% Ru are studied by means of creep tests under high temperature, morphology observation after heat treatment and determination of elemental concentration distribution by atomic probe.
