Having transferable skills is very important in the 21-st century. However, there is limited information about the perceptions of which transferable skills are needed in the workplace. This study aims to explore the transferable skills among students and lecturers in universities in Indonesia. Transferable skills include communication skills, collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, entrepreneurship, and learning to learn skills.
