Management Trends in the Context of Industry 4.0
This paper deals with the strategies for successful implementation of Industry 4.0 under the local conditions. The study is based on the analyze of the companies operated in Slovak republic and respects the country specific phenomena like export orientation, high percentage of international and foreign owned manufacturing companies, existing IT infrastructure, analytical maturity and labor market.
