Stiffness begins in the mouth that is difficult to open, followed by stiffness in the neck and the whole body. 3 weeks before the patient had suffered a sharp object injury on the right knee and was not treated properly. Vital Signs 135/80, heart rate 92, respiratory rate 22, temperature 36.6. 0 C. Physical examination revealed trismus, stiff neck, rigidity of abdomen, opisthotonos. The patient was treated in the intensive care unit (isolation room) and received adequate treatment.
