Low water-to-cement ratio ( w / c ) reactive powder concretes (RPCs) exhibit much higher compressive strengths compared to conventional concrete through optimized particle packing and specialized curing regimes. The high strain-rate impact behavior of RPCs was investigated at the macroscale.
