This case report describes changes in postural stability in a patient with sensory processing disorder (SPD) after participating in a vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) program. Case Presentation: The patient was an 8-year-old male with SPD. Results of the computerized dynamic posturography (CDP) testing suggested vestibular system impairments and postural instability.
