Time pressure generally affects the work and life of employees. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey of 166 employees of Guangzhou hotel and catering enterprises to explore the impact of time pressure on job satisfaction.The results show that the time pressure at work has an inverted U-Shape effect on job satisfaction, what is, there is a stress level for optimal working hours.
