Mathematical Modeling of the Fluid Flow Irregularity within Vacuum DNA Separation Installation Cells

The article describes the most common methods of DNA extraction. A mathematical model of two-phase unsteady working medium flow under the influence of the pressure difference through the cells with porous bodies in the vacuum DNA separation equipment was developed. A numerical study of the mathematical model was conducted and working characteristics of cells were obtained. The analysis of the calculated data was conducted.
