Serum Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Changes in Women with Type 2 Diabetes Following a Four Weeks Aerobic Exercise

Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of four weeks aerobic training on serum glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Results Statistical analysis showed that after four weeks of aerobic training, the serum levels of GLP-1, glucose and insulin related to the experimental group had no significant difference in comparison with control group (P>0.05).
