Cu 2 GeO 58 H 36 W 12 ,triclinic, P1 (no. 2), a =13.114 Source of material CuSO 4 × 5H 2 O(0.2509 g, 1.00 mmol) was dissolved in appropriate amount of water and then 1M NaOH solution was added. Cu(OH) 2 was separated by filtration, thenwashed withdistilled water 5t imes. The freshly prepared Cu(OH) 2 ,4 -bromobenzoic acid (0.2456g ,1 .22m mol),H 4 GeW 12 O 40 × nH 2 O( 1.2395 g, 0.40 mmol), CH 3 OH/H 2 O( v/v =1 :2, 15 ml) were mixed and stirred for 2h.Subsequently, the resulting suspension was
