Purpose: The article aims to explore how organizational sustainability with the impact of HR analytics in Human Resource Management practices. Design/Approach/Methodology: The study framed hypothesis to test and analyze HRM practices, HR analytics, and organizational sustainability constructs. The research was based on primarily data and the data were collected through questionnaires in online mode, from the targeted respondents belonging to HR employees of select IT companies in India.
