Impact of Age on Employee Resistance to Change. A Case Study Cotton Company (COTTCO) in Zimbabwe

The research sought to assess the impact of age on resistance to change. The research was carried in the form of a case study, in which a sample of 60 employees from a population of 120 employees was used. Stratified random sampling procedure was employed in selecting elements from 20 managers and 100 general workers respectively.
