Working Conditions and Performance of Tertiary Teachers at UM Panabo College

The main objective of the study is to determine which domain of working conditions best influences the performance of tertiary teachers. The quantitative non-experimental design utilizing correlation technique was used in the study. The respondents of the study were the 45 tertiary teachers of UM Panabo College. Mean, Pearson-r and Regression Analysis were the statistical tools employed to interpret the data gathered.
