Salmonella is considered the most important cause of foodborne diseases. Identification of Salmonella typhimurium evaluated using bacteriological assay followed by PCR technique. In this study, 40 intestinal content specimens of poultry were collected randomly from different farms of Al-Qadisiyah province.
