Leadership Behavior of Project Managers in Sustainable Construction Projects

The construction industry has been perceived as dominant in stirring to move societies for sustainable development in an international framework. As a result of a theoretical perspective, this research extends leadership competencies as hierarchical, reflective constructs, integrating eight involved components. Furthermore, the outcomes suggest that the intellectual competence of project managers represents the most considerable factor on sustainable building accomplishments. On the whole, this research ends by going over the findings, methodological inferences, limitations, and prospective recommendations for further research.
