Developing an Assessment Process for a Master of Information Systems Program

This paper describes the process used to develop and implement an assessment plan from the ground up for a new Master of Information Systems program. The mapping of learning goals to objectives to specific courses is illustrated with direct and indirect measures. The program was first offered January 2008, and the second cohort of completed January, 2010.
