Individuals in this globalisation era are inclined to believe that women are affected by conflict negatively and have difficulty working with one another this thought makes ‗Woman Employees and Workplace conflict' an emerging issues in Women empowerment. This research aims to understand the behaviour of women employees when they are in a conflict situation. The study reveals that rather to confront the situation they avoid the situation as to protect their self-image to be judged by colleagues.
