The success of System Development (SD) projects largely depends on individuals within the team who are able to collaborate effectively. We opted to develop our own survey instrument using the Delphi methodology based on prior literature. Delphi methodology is a technique designed as a group communication process, which aims to achieve an informed judgment with consensus on a particular topic.
