... partum women. Methods: A case control study design comparison group. This study was conducted at 5 BPM in Klaten on March 17 th until July 17 th 2014. Total samples were 100 post partum mother consisted of 50 post partum women as a control group and 50 post partum women as treatment group. Data analysis technique used is a parametric statistical test with an independent t-test. Results: The average of declining rate in fundal height and wound healing of the perineum in control group is 5.88 per day and 1.96 per day for 7 days respectively, while in treatment group consumed a 300 ml pineapple juice is 9.10 and 3.74 per day for 7 days respectively. Results of Independent Sample t-test, t-count scored 6,608 with probability (p) = 0.000. Conclusion: Pineapple juice has an effect on accelerating the declining of fundal height and perineal wound healing in post partum women.
